The
Group 11th Hour was conceived by Brent Ballard and Dino Cuneo in October of
2003. Brent was signed by (Chrysalis Records) in the late 80's with the
Band "Year Zero". Brent contacted Dino about putting together a
band and touring to promote the CD. Of course Dino said yes, and the
search was on to find a bass player. While one was being sought out, Dino
wrote and recorded the bass lines on the first tracks of the album.
Eventually "Dave Ward" came on as the bassist, and began recording his
parts on the project. The band played their debut show at the (Gothic
Theatre) in October of 2004, one year after the conception of the
group. Dave had other interests and had to leave the band, so the search
was back on for another competent bassist to finish the recording project
and prepare for a tour. In March of 2005 the search seemingly ended as
"Grandon Westlund" stepped into the reigns and it was back to the
Recording Studio to put new bass lines down on the album. The bass lines
were completed in July of 2005 and at present August 2005, the project is ready
for Mix Down and Mastering. Check back often and see how the saga
